1. When did you decide to set up your own business & what was the reason?
Ans. I started my own business in 2010, I always wanted to do business due to various opportunities available in practice as compared to employment
2. Share your Experience about your first Business Venture
Ans. It was very exciting to get my first client. When I completed my work & got the first cheque the pleasure was more than getting my salary credited to my account.
3. Your Journey till now in brief?
Ans. I started with handling compliance-related work. Thereafter I started handling more complicated work like listed companies (SEBI Related) & high-value assignments like mergers. This gave me exposure to various pros and cons. This helped me to guide new entrepreneurs & small businesses in the later stage of my career. This also helped me in starting my own venture to complete all the legal formalities & to set goals like the listing of my company in the coming future. Currently, I am a practicing company secretary & also a promoter director of Kokankanya Business Pvt. Ltd (An Online Ecommerce Portal)
4. Challenges you face in your field & how do you overcome them?
Ans. There are multiple occasions where the client has complex requirements in which they have to balance customers’ business & legal provisions. In such situations, we try to convince clients whenever there are stringent requirements or make the transactions flexible.
5. Your Long-term Vision & Mission as an Entrepreneur?
Ans. Vision – To list kokankanya Business Pvt. Ltd on Share Market
Mission –
- To cater to the needs of local entrepreneurs of Kokan with respect to the marketing of their products,
- To start manufacturing the products which are not currently produced in Kokan Region.
- To involve the maximum localite of Kokan in Kokankanya Business in form of Vendors, Customers & Investors.
6. How do you see your business evolving in the next decade?
Ans. It shall connect all the manufacturers in Kokan Region with our Website, to give products of Kokan a global reach & shall provoke entrepreneurship in Kokan
